From January 4th when we re-open, all financial transactions will attract the revised VAT rate of 17.5%. This will be applied to any repairs, completed or not, and any goods which have not been shipped before we close for Christmas. If you wish to secure payment for a repair at the old VAT rate, then it MUST, under Government guidelines, be completed AND invoiced before 31st December 2009. We are currently holding a number of completed repairs awaiting payment and shipping, and many estimates awaiting proceed. We are attempting to contact customers individually to alert them, and will do our best to complete proceeded estimates within the timescale set by the Government. Please contact our administration team on 020 7582 3294 to discuss your repair as soon as possible if these changes will affect you.
