You are welcome to make your own arrangements to ship your equipment to us, but if you would like us to supply a label for drop off at a Post Office or UPS access point for a charge of £5.00 + VAT, please request this below.
Alternatively we can arrange a door-to-door collection by UPS or Parcelforce for a cost of £10 + VAT; please indicate this below.
These services will be charged for before returning your goods after repair or assessment.
Please note! The requested label will be emailed to the address you have supplied within 1 working day.
If a collection has been requested you will later be contacted by our support team to make the necessary arrangements.
