Sending your equipment for repair

It couldn’t be simpler to send your equipment to us:

  1. Complete the repair form providing as much relevant fault info as possible.
  2. Print 2 copies of the form – one for inclusion in the parcel when you send us your kit, the other for your own records (or better still, save a copy electronically).
  3. If you would like us to assist with shipping of the goods, please complete the appropriate section of the form (UK customers only).
  4. Please note that it may take up to 1 working day for any requested postage label to be emailed to you.
  5. Package your equipment well! We suggest enclosing it in bubble-wrap before packing in a sturdy box with polystyrene chips or plenty of crumpled newspaper, preferably to a thickness of 1-2 inches all around. Secure with strong adhesive tape and don’t forget to include a copy of your repair form and warranty documents where applicable.

Please note: The form is intended for the sole purpose of returning items to us for estimate and/or repair and will not generate a response from us other than a shipping label (where requested).  We cannot provide an accurate repair estimate without the benefit of examination, but if you would like any further information before sending your items, please email, or call us on 020 7582 3294.
