Terms & Conditions for Fixation Food Photo competition  28/02ƒ/2017 – 24/03ƒ/2017

  1. This free to enter competition is run by Fixation Ltd.
  2. The competition is open to UK residents only of 18 years of age or older.
  3. To enter, participants are required to upload a food image:
    – On instragram using #FixPhotoContest and tag @Fixationukltd, or
    – Post their photo in the comments section of the ‘Food Photo Contest’ Facebook post and make their post public
  4. Any image uploaded via Facebook or Instagram must be original and comply with social media terms of use.
  5. All images are the exclusive property of the participant.
  6. Closing date for entry will be Friday 24th March, 23:59. Entries received after the closing date/time will not be valid. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. Participants should upload only one image before the closing date. Multiple entries will not be accepted. Only one entry from a participant during the promotion period will be counted.
  8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to win or enter this competition.

  9. No employee, suppliers or affiliates of the Promoter can enter the competition/be chosen as the winner.
  10. There is one prize to be won in total. The image that receives the most ‘Likes’ from all eligible entries will win a free Gitzo GT2540T & GH2780TQR Ball & Socket head.
  11. In the event of more than one winning image, those that have the highest number of ‘Likes’ will be entered into a draw. The draw will take place on 29th March.
  12. We will post the names of the winner on our Facebook and Instagram page within 5 working days. The winner will also be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. The winner agrees to the use of their names and images in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our data privacy policy and will not be disclosed to any other businesses or third parties.
  14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. There is no cash alternative.
  15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  17. Fixation reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition at any time. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
