For the health and safety of our employees, their families and our customers, we are temporarily suspending camera drop offs and customer-collections from all locations for Repairs, Rental and Sales.
We encourage all of our repair customers to use our free courier collection service instead. Sales orders can be taken over the phone and posted to you. Rental kit can be delivered to your door and collected via courier. There will be no Click&Collect service for rental from Wex Photo Video stores.
Sony Repairs: Due to self-isolation affecting some of our technicians, all Sony repairs are on hold for the present time. We will advise when Sony repairs resume.
Free Shipping: To discourage un-neccessary journeys to and from our repair workshop, we are providing free repair shipping (collection and return) door-to-door for mainland UK addresses. We can arrange Parcelforce or UPS collections from your door, just request a collection using our repair form.

Our repair workshop, sales team and rental kitroom remain operational but, for the time being, we will not accept walk-in customers to the Fixation showroom, service counters or rental desks until it is safe to do so.

Workshop and kit room
When kit is sent in for repair, it is securely stored within food-safe packaging to prevent contamination and dust damage. Once servicing is complete, our technicians clean cameras externally, before resealing them ready for return.
Rental equipment is not sealed while in storage, but it is thoroughly disinfected during kit inspection once returned to us, then cleaned & disinfected again prior to each subsequent dispatch.
