How to open a Rental Account

Opening a rental account with Fixation is quick, simple and allows you to maximise our rental services, including the 30-day payment terms and no upfront deposit.

Whether you are a high-volume customer, a frequent rental user, or you need a one-off rental service, we offer 3 types of rental accounts to better suit your needs.

To open an account:

  1. Select your preferred account
  2. Download and fill in our PDF form (not applicable for rental basic accounts)
  3. Send the completed form to us via email or bring it with you when you come to collect your equipment

NB. Courier service is not available for first-time customers.

First time rental customers
Rental Basic Account

If it’s your first rental, pop into our London showroom with the following:

  • A valid photo ID (current passport, photo driving licence or NUJ Card)
  • Proof of address from last three months (bank/credit card statement, council tax bill or utility bill)

Showroom collection only

To hire equipment, you will need to provide:

  • Deposit for the value of the rental equipment (credit card or cash)
  • Up-front payment for the rental


Existing rental customers can apply for:
Rental Plus Account

An account for our frequent rental customers

Once you’ve set up a plus account with us, you can start benefitting from:

  • No deposit
  • Showroom collection or courier service*

Only up-front payment for the rental is required

  • No up-front payment
  • Credit limit
  • Up to 30 days payment terms
