I’ve used Fixation twice to fix 2 separate Sony Alpha One camera once under warranty due to a shutter failure and other due to a cracked screen and memory card failure both times took a few weeks due to getting parts in, but result was 1st class and customer service was always great. Highly Recommend
I’ve been coming to Fixation for years & always received excellent service and an honest opinion. Always incredibly quick to respond and repair too. And friendly too, always readily available to chat. Most recently had to visit and received excellent advice and service from Andrea who knows his stuff when it comes to cameras. Honest, reliable and top notch opinion and knowledge - I can’t rate the service more highly.
On each of my 3 visits to Fixation London I have been very impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness. My first visit required a repair to my Canon 5D & 1-400 Lens. On completion the insurance company refused to cover. Without being asked Fixation contacted the company and the matter was resolved. My 2nd visit was a 1 to 1 training session for canon r. This was an excellent 1 hour session which resolved all my queries. The third visit resolved my 5D firmware issues. I wish I had found them years ago. Thank you to all staff and Greg in particular.
