Complete a Repair Form

Important notice for customers outside the UK: We are currently unable to despatch items overseas, or repair goods shipped from outside the UK. Please do not send repairs to Fixation from other countries while this notice is in place. Completed repairs must be delivered to a mainland UK address or collected from Fixation in London or Fixation in Manchester.

We cannot provide an accurate repair estimate without the benefit of examination: This form is intended for the sole purpose of returning items to us for estimate and/or repair and will not generate a response from us other than a shipping label (where requested).
