Repairs by post
Many photographers bring their cameras, lenses and lighting to us in person, we also receive many deliveries of repairs by post. If you would like to send your equipment to us find out more on our postal repairs page.
Fixation has two locations:
Our main workshop and showroom in London offers comprehensive repairs, servicing and calibration in-house. Our Manchester service counter is based within the manchester branch of our sister company Wex Photo Video. Our service counters provide professional sensor cleaning, cosmetic repairs and are a drop off and collection point for repairs going to our London workshop.

Our London showroom holds our Repair Workshop for Nikon, Canon, Sony, Profoto, Bowens, Tamron, Sigma and more. We have 18 technicians each specialising in different products to ensure your equipment gets the attention of an expert.
Our sales showroom has the latest professional photographic equipment available to demo. We also have an excellent range of second hand cameras, lenses and accessories. The Fixation showroom team are on hand to help.
We are also home to Wex Rental who have a wide range of cameras lenses and accessories to hire whether you need a specialist lens or a complete lighting setup we’ll make sure you have the right kit.
Fixation Manchester | Service Counter
The Fixation Manchester counter provides professional sensor cleaning, repairs advice and is a drop-off and collection point for jobs going to our London workshop.
Drop off repairs at Wex Photo Video stores
You can take repairs for Fixation to any Wex Photo Video store. All items will be booked in at the branch then shipped to our London workshop for repair. You will receive all repair notifications from the Wex Photo Video team and the completed repair will be shipped back to the branch when complete.
