On each of my 3 visits to Fixation London I have been very impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness. My first visit required a repair to my Canon 5D & 1-400 Lens. On completion the insurance company refused to cover. Without being asked Fixation contacted the company and the matter was resolved. My 2nd visit was a 1 to 1 training session for canon r. This was an excellent 1 hour session which resolved all my queries.
The third visit resolved my 5D firmware issues. I wish I had found them years ago.
